Ololo Express Verified Online Marketplace
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Ololo Express mobile app and website (collectively, the “Platform”), operated by Ololoexpress.com. By registering or operating as a vendor, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using the Platform.
1. General Use
By posting content or conducting business on the Platform, vendors agree to:
Ensure all listings, media (images, videos, descriptions), and products comply with applicable Ghanaian laws and international standards.
Accept full responsibility for the accuracy, legality, and condition of all items listed.
Refrain from posting content that infringes on intellectual property rights, copyrights, or the privacy of others.
Acknowledge that Ololo Express is not responsible for illegal, misleading, or fraudulent content uploaded by vendors.
2. Copyright & Content Ownership
By submitting content, vendors:
Grant Ololo Express a non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, publish, adapt, and distribute such content across its services and partner networks.
Understand that listings may be displayed on third-party or affiliate platforms for marketing and syndication purposes.
Acknowledge that all proprietary content on the Platform, including software, branding, and design elements, remains the property of Ololoexpress.com or its licensors.
May not reuse or reproduce any part of the Platform’s content without prior written approval.
3. Image Use & Editorial Rights
Images uploaded by vendors may be watermarked to prevent unauthorized use.
Ololo Express reserves the right to edit listing titles or descriptions for clarity, SEO, or platform consistency.
Inappropriate, misleading, or poor-quality content may be removed without prior notice.
4. Verified Vendor Policy
All vendors must complete verification on verified.ololoexpress.com before their products are made publicly available on the platform.

To be approved as a verified vendor, the following documents and information must be submitted:
A valid Ghana Card (National ID)
Physical business location confirmed using GhanaPost GPS
A valid Company Registration Certificate (from the Registrar General’s Department)

Once verified, vendors will gain access to:
A dedicated vendor storefront
Extended visibility across the platform and marketing channels
Faster payout processing
Eligibility for promotions, featured placements, and priority support
4.3 Revocation of Verified Status
Verified status is a privilege, not a right. Ololo Express reserves the right to revoke or suspend verified vendor status if the vendor:
Submits fraudulent or forged documents
Receives excessive customer complaints
Breaches these Terms and Conditions
Engages in unethical, misleading, or illegal business practices
5. Privacy & Data Use
Vendors consent to the collection and use of their data for operational, marketing, verification, and analytical purposes.
Ololo Express may share user data with partners or authorities if required by law.
Cookies and tracking tools are used to personalize the vendor experience and may be managed through browser settings.

Ololo Express may track IP addresses to detect misuse or abuse.
We reserve the right to cooperate with authorities if content violates local or international laws.
7. Payments, Promotions & Refunds
Paid services may include ad boosts, subscriptions, verification and category upgrades.
Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways (mobile money, card, or bank transfer).
All payments are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement.
Vendors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of payment details and authorizations.
8. Storefronts & Vendor Shops
Every vendor receives a storefront upon onboarding.
Stores remain inactive until populated with listings.
Ololo Express may optimize store content for SEO and user engagement.
We reserve the right to remove or edit listings that violate our guidelines.
9. Platform Availability
While we strive for continuous service, the Platform may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
Ololo Express is not liable for any losses or delays caused by such interruptions.
10. External Links
Vendor listings should not include links to third-party sites.
Ololo Express is not responsible for the content, safety, or services offered on external platforms.
11. Vendor Payments & Commission Policy
Ololo Express accepts online payments on behalf of vendors. When a buyer pays via mobile money, card, or other online methods, funds are temporarily held by Ololo Express.
Ololo Express will remit the payment to the vendor within the agreed payout schedule, less a platform commission.
The vendor agrees to the commission rate as defined during onboarding or updated in writing. (Click To Read)

Breach of these Terms
Content uploaded or sold by the vendor
